The Aim

The SilkeyWay Value Coach Certification Training is designed to empower you to confidently speak about and carry out deep transformational value work in order to achieve client transformation.  Not only will your client achieve their goals but they will find a new understanding of who they are and what matters most to them.
Among other you will be able

  • To introduce and position values to your clients to better address their unique challenges
  • To support your clients in developing their Persona Value Compass in a systematic way
  • To empower your clients to use their value compass to achieve career, well-being and life goals.
  • To navigate the pitfalls and watch-outs when using values in coaching (incl. client questions)
  • To  guide your clients in solving value conflicts and resolve stuckness
  • To confidently choose from a variety of value coaching tools and props in your practice
  • To create your own Personal Value Compass and use it in your life and for your professional development
The Structure

The SilkeyWay Value Coach Certification Training is a 12 week interactive entirely online training with 2 half day live training days.

The interactive online format allows discussion and trainer feedback while completing lessons and tasks from the comfort of your home.  The course is split into 3 distinct 4-week blocks with a live half day online training between each block. Weekly units guide you through activities to the end-of week assignments which will receive input from your coach trainer. You will also have a workbook to support your learning.

Expect to spend approximatly 3 hours per week for 12 weeks to complete the work and gain certification.
